Any information about Richard Cudahy Malone

I searched www.rootsireland.ie/ for birth/baptism records of Malone (first name blank) father Malone (first name blank) & mother Margaret Cuddihy in Kilkenny with no years specified and got 5 matches Unfortunately there were no Richards but there were 3 Johns: 1847 & 2 in 1864; 1 of the 1864's was from Kildavnet

There was a Martin 1856 & Michael 1860 both from Kildavnet parish so looks like they could be brothers of John

ancestry has a tree which gives the father's name as Martin; I went back to rootsireland and added that to the search criteria and got the same 5 matches!

rootsireland has a record of the marriage of Martin & Margaret in Kilkenny 1846

Kildavnet was not in the list of parishes; perhaps Margaret was from another parish.

If you want to keep working back in the Malone Tipperary line you could purchase the marriage record which MAYhave his parents' names.

Thank you for replying to my request above. I am pleased to say that I searched www.rootsireland.ie and found and paid to view:

John Malone born to Martin & Margaret Cuddy in April 1847

Martin Malone born to Martin & Margaret Cuddy in March 1856

Michael Malone born to Martin & Margaret Cuddihy in July 1860

I already had the information about my grandfather John Malone born to Martin & Margaret Cuddihy 22 September 1864.

It appears that the first John may have died and that's why my grandfather was also called John.

I also paid to view the wedding record of Martin Malone & Margaret Cuddihy 1 Jul 1846 but unfortunately it did not show their parents' names.

I could not find any information about Richard Cudahy Malone but will keep on trying. He seems to be a bit elusive.

Thank you once again for pointing me in the right direction as I am thrilled to find that my grandfather John Malone had other siblings.
