I checked Roots Ireland and the only baptismal record they had with a Murphy mother is the record below in Graignamanagh RC parish which is just to the east of Thomastown. The mother is shown as Ann. I would search the Thomastown and Graignamanagh registers (see link below) for possible additional records.
