According to the Tithe Applotment Books,in 1834 Rutledge WILSON had land at the Townlands of Donaghbeg and Donoghmore,in the Diocese of Kilmore,Parish of Cloonclare in Co Leitrim. His wife Isabella WILSON (daughter of James & Elizabeth RUTLEDGE,nee HENDERSON-his occ Farmer) was born c 1776 in Co Leitrim so I would assume Rutledge WILSON was born in similar era. Rutledge WILSON died before 1851.
Their daughter Jane WILSON born c 1805 married Robert BARTON b c 1796 in Co Fermanagh,Ireland (son of Anthony & Mary BARTON,nee JOHNSON) probably sometime about 1825. His occupation was a Gardener.Jane & Robert BARTON's children were Mary Ann c 1826/1830 (more about her on Co Galway section), Robert Johnson BARTON bapt 1828 Manorhamilton, Thomas bapt 1830 Manorhamilton,Isabella bapt 1832 Manorhamilton,Edward b c 1834, Anthony bapt 1835 in Kesh,Co Fermangh,Rutladge bapt 1841 Kesh, Co Fermanagh, James b c 1842 Ireland, Frances c 1848 Ireland.
In 1851 Robert ,Jane & children were living in Paisley High Church,Renfrewshire,Scotland together with Jane's mother Isabella WILSON (widowed).
According to death certificate of Isabella WILSON,Rutledge & Isabella had another child Robert WILSON who died 1840 aged 29 years so born c 1811.
Can anyone find the burial of Rutledge WILSON in maybe Donaghbeg or Donoghmore,in the Diocese of Kilmore,Parish of Cloonclare in Co Leitrim, between 1834- 1851?
Or the marriage of Robert BARTON & Jane WILSON in same area. Or the baptism of their daughter Mary Ann BARTON?
Thanks for any help
Kerri

Thank you for your message.
Most Catholic records are held locally - One site which might be of use is - http://www.irishtimes.com/ancestor/browse/ - where you can ?browse? an overview of available records per county. If you have any difficulty, you could try writing to the parish priest for possible assistance.
Church of Ireland parish registers for the period up to 1870-are public records. Registers are available for about one third of the parishes, however many were destroyed in the Public Records Office in Dublin in 1922. Most are still held by the local clergy, although some are in the National Archives of Ireland and others are in the Representative Church Body Library in Dublin. A list of all surviving registers is available in the National Archives. http://ireland.anglican.org/about/42 and http://www.nationalarchives.ie/. The Anglican Record Project is has created an index to their records: http://ireland.anglican.org/cmsfiles/pdf/AboutUs/library/AngRecord/bunclodyunionindex.pdf
