Fleming, John & Mary (McNamara) m. 10 Feb 1839

Hello, My name is Kevin McInerney and my grandmother was Ellen Fleming (born in Australia) her father Michael emigrated in 1877.

1.  I am writing the family book and 2 years ago I found an article which spoke of the Forge in Murroe which included photos of the Forge entrance and a flower nearby which had the shape of a horseshoe.  I saw a pilot movie which included this info.

I have been unable to find it since. 

I would appreciate if you could forward tha article and especially the photos.

2. I have assumed the birth date of John as about 1820.  He was a blacksmith. I have no information on Mary.

Their children were: Ellen b. 6/6/1840; John b. 1844; Patrick b. 1847; William b. 1850; and Michael b. 1852 and baptised 22 Sep 1852.
