Hi Ireland:)

 

I found on my great grandparents gravestone an inscription of their birth place. It has been there all along, but I just discovered it!

Can ranyone telll me moe of the Gotsell family and the O'Donnell family?

My maternal GGF, James Gotsel, born at Sunville PArish, Ardpatrick, County Limerick, October 18th, 1830, died May 17th, 1909 in Thomaston CT, USA

My Maternal GGM, Margaret O'Donnell Gotsel, born October 27th, 1829 at Garryspillane Parish, Knocklong, County Limerick, died October 26th, 1866 in Thomaston. CT USA

 

I found info on the Gotsel family operating a flour mill in SUnville, but that it is no longer in existence. I am assuming that these are my ancestors.
