Looking for ancestors of Thomas (Bourke) Burke b. 22 Dec 1804 in Bruff d. 2 Feb 1887 in Frontier New York. Married Catherine McCarthy b. 1803 Limerick Co d.
22 Oct 1890 Frontier New York. Married 20 Oct 1828 in the new RC church in Bruff.
They had two children in Ireland before going to America. Edmund b. 30 Sept 1829 and Bridget b 1831 in Bruff. She had a twin who died in 1831. I believe that Thomas's father was Richard but have no other information on him or any siblings for Thomas.
Any information would be most welcome.

    I had a look on www.rootsireland.ie and searched for Thomas Bourke born 1804 in Limerick.

    There is 1 listing of a baptism but when the father's name Richard is added it does not come up.

    rootsireland.ie is pay-per-view and it costs about $5 to look but it should give parents' names and parish.

    I got 1 match for the marriage of Thomas Bourke and Catherine McCarthy in Limerick 1824 + / - 5 years.

    The parents' names should be on this record.

    If you purchase this record and get parents' names you can search for siblings.
