Hi - I am looking for information on the parents, grandparents etc. of James O'Shea (or Shea) born 1836.  He married Margaret Meehan in Bruree in 1859.  I have no clue as to where he might be from.  He was a cooper and they went to live in Granagh I presume because that is where his son (my grandfather) lived.

    The transcription of the 1859 church marriage record showed James was from Ballingarry. There is a Ballingarry townland and a civil parish in Co. Limerick.
