My maternal grandmother was Lillie Gordon Kearney, born Philadelphia, PA USA 13 March 1885, to William Kearney, born 17 January 1860 in Ireland (died 1939 Philadelphia) and Bessie Gordon, born 1857 Ireland to James Gordon and Catherine Gamble. William Kearney's parents were John Kearney (born 1832) and Matilda Somerville (born 1831). They were married in Cappagh parish 23 March 1854. Their children, most of whom came to the US with their parents, were Sarah (1858), William (my great grandfather born 1860), Harry (born 1864), Thomas (born 1873) and Matilda (born 1879). All of these people died and are buried in Philadelphia, PA, USA. I would appreciate any information about them. My mother's father came from SixMileCross, Termonmaguirk, Tyrone which is not very far distant so the families may have been known to each other before they left Ireland.
