I searched the subscription site Roots Ireland for 1829-1839 in Co. Limerick and there were only three Julia McGrath baptismal records See below. I also could not figure out Cahile. Did Patrick and Julia have any sons named Timothy or Philip or Daniel? Possibly that will help determine if any of these records are for your Julia.

I found a site with the Townslands of County Antrim which includes the Barony + Civil Parish + Poor law union associated with each one of them.  Perhaps???

Chaille is an old name for the townland Ardohill between Knocklong and Emly. They would have used Emly church which makes me think that the Julianne of Tim McGrath & Mary Bourke is  possibly who you are looking for.

In my frustration with Cahile I was so focused on the place that I neglected to add all other facts I have. I think her parents were Philip McGrath and Johanna Collins (information gleaned from Julia's death certificate) though her marriage certificate names James as her father. Unfortunately, South Australian marriage certificates did not include the mothers of the bride and groom. Patrick Lennen (lennan, lennon) was the son of James Lennen (a farmer) and Annie Meaney. They were from Seskin in County Carlow. (information from marriage certificate and Patrick's death certificate.)

Their children were Elizabeth, James, Johanna (Annie), Ellen (Hellen), Julia, Patrick Joseph, Mary Anne, John Christopher (Jack), Catherine Theresa (Theresa), Margaret Agnes (died at 10 weeks), Margaret and Charles Martin.

The traditional system of Irish christian names seems to have been a bit hit and miss in this case.

Hi I think we share the same relatives. My mothers maiden name is Lennen (our spelling is probably incorrect) and our family originated from County Carlow moving to Australia around 1856? We know Patrick and Julia met in Adelaide not long after arriving in Australia before moving to Victoria to raise their family. We am wondering if you have any more information on the origins of Patrick Lennon, son of James Lennon and Annie Meaney in Ireland? I can't find where he grew up ..nor his parents location in Seskin, County Carlow (Is it the location near Ballymurphy? or Seskin in Wicklow or Old Leighlin, Carlow?). I can't find any more information on the Lennon's place of residence in County Carlow, nor James and Annies marriage cerificate? or any other children they may have had etc..I am further interested in the the origins of Julia McGrath from Limerick. I have McGrath ancestors who lived in that general area but closer to Pallasgreen but I don't have a Julia. If you would like to compare DNA my kit number is A124473. I collaborate with other people who have McGrath ancestors.
