Uzell

I am interested to find any information about the name Uzell (Uzelle/Euzell) and the possible connection to the arrival of the Palatines to Ireland in the early 1700's.  My ancestor is shown as Adam Euzelle on Griffiths, living at Renaghmore, Kilcooley.  There is also an Anne Euzell and a Peter Euzell.  Adam and his wife had my x3 great grandmoher, Elizabeth Uzell.  I would like to know if the family before them lived at Rathkeale before going to Kilcooley.
