Trying to find the parish of ansestors. Edward Curran (Curren?) born 1813. Immigrated to USA in 1848. Left a sister Mary Curran (Curren?) Dempsy in Ireland. Immigrated with brother Michael. Refers to the town of Green Garden (Gaelic = Garidin Glas) in County Longford. I cannot locate such a place at all..

The only other place names in Co. Longford starting with Green are Greenhall Lower and Greenhall Upper townlands in Cashel parish.
