Hello Tony
A most unusual name. You are back probably as far as you can go in Ireland at least without professional
assistance.
I searched this site http://www.termonfeckinhistory.ie/ and got one hit for a Margaret Dumican married in 1801. Witness
Patrick Dumican. Termonfeckin is about 10 miles from your parish.
I also searched briefly voters lists here but lots more detail on site.

In Griffiths Valuation in 1863 only 3 hits for Dumican in County Down and I think it is the same
person Thomas. http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation/index.xml?action=nameS…
I searched the local on line phone book for Louth but no Dumicans.
Also try http://www.midlouthhistory.com/ which incorporates your parish.
Also try http://www.collonhistoricalsociety.com/ which is also close.
This is the local authority site which may be helpful and not too expensive.
