Fleming/Cleary Crossmolina

Pat and Winnie are part of my ancestors but I only have a bit of information on them which I will look up and get back to you with.  My direct line is with Mark Flemming and Margaret Holmes.  It has been quite some time since I looked at those records. If I remember correctly  he married first Mary Fergus Jan 1859 at Castlebar and 2ndly he married Winnie Cleary April 1885.  I do have the names of the children in a box. Didn't this family end up in the USA part of the family? I don't have much on Winnie but will share what I do have. I have about 5 boxes of info and now need to put it on a computer as I find it next to impossible to remember everything the older I get.  I'm not great with computers and so have been putting it off but I will attack this problem in February. Thanks for your resonse Anne. Yes most of Patrick's second family ended up in the US. ( As well as a large portion of his first family.) I have most of the information on the children, but Winnie has been a mystery. My grandmother was Teresa, I am not sure where your Mark Flemming ties in. Was he a brother of Patt and Thomas or was he a brother of their father Byron? I would be very interested on that connection also.

My grandmother was Rose Ann Fleming from Crossmolina. She married James McNamara who was also from there. They settled in Philadelphia. Rose was the child of Pat Fleming and Winifred Cleary. Pat Fleming first wife was Mary Fergus. She died during childbirth as did Winifred. Rose's sibling was Winifred and she settled on Chicago. I have some information about this group. Maybe, we're related.
