Hello from the USA! I am trying to track down the ancestors--and living relatives--of my paternal grandparents: John Patrick Coyle and Mary Agens McCormack. My grandparents met, married, and raised their children in New York City even though their respective families were from the same area of North Mayo, Ireland. This is what I found in the 1901 and 1911 Irish census, supplemented by other records that a distant relative was kind enough to send me:
My great-great-grandparents: Patrick Coyle (died in Belmullet at the age of 90 in 1941) and Bridget Coyle (nee Gallagher) lived in Inver with their sons Michael (my great-grandfather, who emigrated to America sometime before 1907, the year of my grandfather's birth), John, Patrick, James, and their granddaughter Mary McIntyre (who joined them sometime before 1911).
My great-great-grandparents: Terence Cormack and Mary (maiden name unknown) lived in Gortbrack North with their children Catherine, Bridget, James (my great-grandfather), and his wife Catherine (nee Doherty); and later (in 1911) James and Catherine Cormack (my great-grandparents) lived with their children James, Patrick, Mary (my grandmother, through whom I claim Irish citizenship, born April 3, 1904), Bridget, Annie, and Katie.
If you have any information on any of my relatives, living or deceased, I would very much appreciate it. Please feel free to contact me through this site or at kevin@kevincoyle.net. Thanks!

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I think the wife of Terence Cormack was a Mary Noone. See record below from Kiltane RC parish. Records for that parish start in 1860 https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0741 Roots Ireland has a record for a John in 1862, a Mary in 1863 who likely died young and the second Mary below. The other children must have been baptized prior to August 1860.
