I am searching for John Rice born about 1825 in County Mayo, possibly Ballintober Parish. His father was probably John Rice, born about 1784 in County Mayo and died about 1870 possibly Sauk County, Wisconsin USA. His mother was said to be Mary Gibbons.

John and Mary Rice's other children may have been:

Michael Rice 1820-1870-stayed in Ireland. He is buried in Kilmaclasser Civil Parish.

James Rice 1822-1897-died in Sauk County, Wisconsin, USA; married Mary Carr.

Catherine Rice 1827-?;  May have come to the USA.

Margaret Rice 1831-?;  May have come to the USA.

Mary Rice 1833- ?;   May have come to the USA.

Judy Rice 1834-?;  May have come to the USA.
