Trying to find details of a marriage between a James Doyle (born approx 1849) and Mary Furlong (b. approx 1855). Their son John Doyle was born 25th August 1874 at Ballyburn, Wexford and registered in Bridgetown (see attached birth details). I can only assume that they were married somewhere in the local area.
I cannot find any marriage record whatsover for James Doyle and Mary Furlong (anywhere in Ireland whatsoever). I would presume they were married some time before their son was born. Both left Ireland for Liverpool in the mid-1870s and the rest of their children were then born in Liverpool. James Doyle's father was also called James.
Many thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me in finding a marriage for James Doyle and Mary Furlong prior to Aug 1874.
