Hi

 

My mother Mary Wynters was born in cork Hospital in 28 September 1928. We have her birth certificate. We are looking for records or any information on her mother Bridget Wynters and Bridgets family, her parents or whether she had any other children.

Bridget was from Fermoy, Mitchelstown according to the birth certificate

Any help would be appreciated

    Does the birth certificate show the maiden name of Bridget so we can search the 1911 census? If her surname was Wynters, there was no one in Ireland with that name in 1911 although there are 20+ Bridget Winters records.

    Sorry for the late reply. Yes the birth certificate is Bridget Wynters. But my mother Mary Wynters was given up at birth so maybe surname was misspelt.

    Any information would assist
