Hello Erin,
In order to help you we will need some more information. Can you give any dates or parents names to these people . There would be many records with these surnames so in order to pin your family down we will need some more info.
Kind regards,
Anne

Good morning. I know the names of the children. Soloman and Anne had a son named Patrick Monaghan born in 1792. John and Eliza had a daughter named Hariot (?) born in 1802. These are my great great great grandparents. I would like to find out more about Soloman/Anne and John/Eliza because that is where my history ends. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Erin,
Civil registration of births deaths and marriges began in Ireland in 1864 so there is no chance of you getting any kind of birth record.
Churches began keeping baptismal and marriage records a bit earlier. A few churches started approx 1780, most churches started about 1830 or so, and more started much later in 1850 or 60s.
Many records are now online at two sources www.rootsireland.ie (free to register and search but you must pay €5 to view and print records)
www.irishgenealogy.ie (free site) this site has records that the other one doesn't have.
I have tried to find all the people for whom you are searching but haven't managed to do so. You have been so incredibly lucky to get back as far as the 18th century, many people don't even get that far.
I can't think of any other ideas of where you could search. You don't mention if they were catholic or protestant? rootsireland list all the sources and just what records they have on a county by county basis.
I have looked at the irishcensus online. scraps of the 1821 census survive. There is an Eliza Black in Cavan?
Sorry that I can't be of more assistance to you,
Kind regards,
Anne
