I am looking for 3 (maybe 4) brothers. 1 brother, James Conlan died in 1869 at age  70 in Northfield Twp Michigan.

Back or Headstone says "A native of the County of Monerhan, Parish of Aghnamullen, Towntald of Creeve, Ireland

Other side says "Erected by his Brothers Henry and Owen Conlan.

Owen and Henry arrived in Michigan by 1827, James more around 1833.

I show Owen b. 1796, Henry 1798, and James 1799. They supposedly came to the States to work on Erie canal.

I am trying to find anything in Ireland that I can.

One of the issues with your search is that fact that RC parish records for Aughamullen begin in early 1850 for Aughmullen East and 1840 for Aughamullen West. As this is the case there won't be a parish baptism for the boys if (as they seem to be) they were born in that parish prior to that date. There doesn't seem to be any marriage records for a Conlon groom in any part of Co. Monaghan prior to 1807. There are quite a few Conlon entries on the Tithe Applotment Books for the period but it would be very difficult to show which is your family without the name of their father:

You could have a look at the Early Birth Index to see if it is helpful:
