My husband's great great grandfather, Clark Chambers was baptised in Clones on 3rd July 1815, parents W[illia]m Chambers and Marg[are]t Tyler.  His sister Jane was baptised in Clones on 30 March 1817, parents W[illia]m Chambers and Marg[are]t Taylor. (Transcription of LDS records; I have not seen the original film)

Clark Chambers married Ann(e) Eason, of Clogher, Co. Tyrone, in Clogher Cathedral on 7 September 1842  (I have an 1871 copy of the marriage certificate ) and  Clark & Ann eventually came to Australia in 1871 to join their two elder sons, after living in England for many years; Clark was a policeman, rising to Superintendent in Wellingborough, Northhamptonshire.

I have not been able to find anything  more about Jane or their parents.

Any help you could give me would be appreciated.

    I found two possible records.

I located an 1832 Tithe Applotment record for a William Chambers in Deraledigan townland. There was also a John Chambers in the townland. Deraledigan is likely Derryleedigan townland. Possibly this record is for the father of Clark.

I checked the Roots Ireland indexes and found a 1783 baptismal record for a William Chambers in the Ematris C of I church. Ematris is a few parishes over from Clones. This is likely a different William but I thought I would pass you the info.
