Looking for Baptism records of Samuel Wiggins, b. 1748 in the County of Monaghan. His father James Wiggins, b. 1723 baptized in Clones, Monaghan, COI. So I need records from the COI church in Clones regarding these people.

The parish records for Clones Church of Ireland exist for the following years:
Baptisms - 1667-1670; 1682-1794; 1755-1857
Marriages - 1667-1670; 1682-1707; 1733; 1756-1845
Deaths - 1667-1670.It would seem that the records you require for Samuel and James fall within the gaps in the above and will therefore not be available - though you could have a look on rootsireland just to be sure.
You could also have a look on ancestry.com to see if they have an index to the baptisms and marriages as they sometimes do. You could also search their public family trees to see if there is any reference there to the Wiggins family. Perhaps someone is also searching and have come at the research from another angle.
