Searching for birth records of James B Moore, who was born February 1861, in Newbliss, County Monaghan. He emigrated to Canada in1883.
He returned to Ireland in1888 to help his father run his business as the father was in poor health. The fathers name was John and he passed away between 1888 and 1890.
Would like to find names of John's wife, mother of James and if there were any other siblings.

The civil registration town for Newbliss is Clones. There?s only 1 John Moore death registered in Clones between 1888 ? 1890 and that was for a JM who died Apr ? Jun 1888, Volume 3, page 93. Estimated year of birth 1816. If you order a copy of that certificate it should give you his townland which will enable you to search further.
No sign of a probate file for the above death.
James? birth in 1861 is before the start of statutory birth registration in Ireland (1864), so you will need to rely on church records to look for his baptism (and that of any siblings). Newbliss is in the parish of Killeevan. What denomination was he?
