Julia Timothy

I am looking for my Great Grandmother Julia Timothy, as I cannot find her death anywhere online, I am beginnning to wondering if St Bride's church in Ballintubber would have any records of her death? as after 1911 she seem to disppeared. (I did write on here last year in 2016 'Timothy/Shaughnessy' but i am still battling a brick wall with her as My Aunt Mary doesnt know anything what happened to her as Grandad never spoke of her or anything else, we really would love to able to find her death records, I know that Roscommon Goverment Office tried looking for Julia's Death in Roscommon and cannot find anything of her. 

Is there a possible that her death was never registered but the parish might have got it on records?
