My great-grandmother Catherine Meehan b. Co. Galway about 1840. Her obituary in "Baltimore American" gave her parish as "Keline." This spelling is similar to "Killine" on Rt. 363 near "Killian."
Married Thomas O'Donnell, St. Peter's Chapel, Birmingham, Eng., Sept. 11, 1865.
She arrived in Castle Garden, NY on steamship "Italy" July 5, 1871 with four children born in Birmingham, Eng. (my grandfather John, Thomas, Margaret, Winifred). In Baltimore MD she had three more children (James Patrick, Catherine, Edward).
Catherine Meehan O'Donnell died May 8, 1897, Baltimore MD.
Father, Patrick Meehan. Mother, Margaret Clark.
At least two brothers:

Obituary of my great-grandmother, Catherine Meehan O'Donnell, gave her parish as "Keline." Perhaps this is "Killian / Ballynakill."
