Hello all,
I am reserching the Black famely who lived in Edenville house (Ex RIC Barricks) near Roscommon town.
They were running an auctioneering bussiness around 1912 to the 1920's.
They then seem to relocate out of Edenville House to another part of the county and this is what I am looking for information about.
I have read the online matieral, however my reserch needs more detail on the famely movements and would like to here from any local historin in the area who would be interested in this subject.

Hello Theo, I have been asked to look over old unanswered queries and came across yours. I assume who ever was in Roscommon or if there is a volunteer there.
Probably the best place to ask for assistance may be one of the Roscommon Facebook groups, there is a private Roscommon History and Heritage group on Facebook and you ask to join. There are other groups also. These private groups are often very helpful and well run, I am on a few but not this one.
Local newspapers and the Local History section of the Roscommon Library also may be of assistance.
Good Luck
