Patrick GANLY and Catherine ? of Ballinafad 1860s

Have found many many Ganlys in Ballinafad and nearby, but haven't yet found my great-grandmother's family.

Looking for Patrick GANLY born Dec 1836, supposedly in Ballinafad but maybe Ballaghboy. Married Catherine ? and had four children that I know of: Patrick Jr b Jun 1867, Mary Elizabeth b abt 1868, James b 1872 and Catherine. Patrick Sr is found on the 1900 census living in Providence, Rhode Island USA with sons Patrick and James and the younger Patrick's family. He is listed as a widower and having emigrated in 1899, so I surmise that his wife died in Ireland before that. His sons had emigrated in 1894/5.

Patrick Jr was married in Rhode Island to Catherine A Ganly, born in Ballinafad in Jun 1871 to Hugh Ganly and Ellen/Eileen McGarry. I believe she was his first cousin, meaning Hugh and Patrick Sr would be brothers.

Hugh was born in Sligo about 1835 and immigrated to RI in 1899. He died there in 1907. His death record lists parents Dominick and Catherine. There are many records pertaining to Hugh and Ellen and their children prior to their immigration in Ballinafad.

I did find records for Dominick Ganly and Catherine Cullen/Culleen, married in Boyle 16 Feb 1819. Children of this marriage born in Ballinafad: Mary b/d 1821, Mary b Sep 1822 and John b Jun 1825. No Hugh or Patrick found as yet.

I have scoured records in Aughanagh and neighboring Boyle looking for records of Patrick Sr and Catherine. Anyone have any more ideas? :-/
