Have not been able to determine what parish, or where this is located yet. How do we switch this message to the parish catagory when we find it?
Edward and James are both located in Mdison city, Madison
county, NY, in the 1880 census, in the same household.
Edward is age 61, James age 63, both born Ireland.
Edward has a wife margaret age 61 and son patrick 35 also

Hudson county, NJ, in 1880. Age 38. First Precint, Sixth
District, in Hudson county, NJ. Also born Ireland, age 38,
labourer,

Callahan is a common name and there are many other names in the censuses.

Hello Cr, long time since you wrote and I have been asked to look at these queries, the nearest to your spelling is on Wikipedia as

Unless we have a local volunteer who notifies relatives we do not put living people up on the site, having a 100 year rule generally. There are a number of private Facebook groups doing genealogy on a local basis and there should be one or two at least for Sligo.
