Hello Carmel,

i'm a little confused about your post.  Was Bridget born in 1927 or 1827.   I have been looking for her in 1927 but if her father was transported then that would have been around 1926???

Have a look at www.rootsireland.ie.  There is a ecord for a Bridget Dyer born in Slogo in 1827.  You will have to pay to view this record but at the moment it is discounted at about €3.

Hopefully this babtismal record will contain her parents names and you can then search for a marriage record.   Most church records only began around 1820-30's or so, you may be lucky and find your ancestors.
