As far as I know, my Frances HOLLAND was b. June 8, 1820/1 in Borrisokane. She m. Philip RAYNARD (from Rathkeale) in 1842, and they came to Canada in 1843/4. I believe her family owned land and she was educated by a tutor/governess
I am looking to find Frances' parents.

The land records called the Tithe Applotment Books (1823-38) or the later Griffith's Valuation (1848-64). Griffith's is freely available here http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation/
