I'm wondering is Cloneen the correct parish for Ballinilard, Tipperary and has the spelling of Ballinilard been changed over the years? My father's birth certificate clearly says Ballinilard.

I'm wondering if the townland is Ballynilard in Tipperary civil parish? There is no Ballinilard townland in Tipperary.
