Searching for verification of parents of Francis James Nolan, Thurles, Tipperary and his wife, Margaret Ryan. I have record of their marriage taking place in Thurles in 1815 and their children are : John, Bridget, Margaret, Thomas, Mary, William and Ellen.
Baptismal information received through the Archdiocese of Cashel and Emly gave information on two different families with children's names and ages similar but not identical and the parents' names were different. One father of Francis was listed as John with wife Bridget, the other father was listed as William.
Can anyone help me sort out this confusion of families so I know which line to follow?
