Looking to confirm which BALLINDERRY in Co Tipp my ancestors were born. My Gr Grandfather and his 3 brothers were born in either Ballingarry or Ballinderry in south Tipp. According to their timeline, my family were in Ballingarry in the years 1838 to 1842. In years 1845 to 1849 they were in Ballinderry. I am trying to locate the correct Ballinderry before making a trip to Ireland. When my family came to England they were employed in the coal mines, based on that I am assuming that they were coal miners in Ireland. This is borne out by their location of Ballingarry, but does the above location of Ballinderry confirm this? Any help gratefully received.

Good Morning June
Just read your message. How sure are you about the location of the Kennedys from Tipperary. There is a ballinderrry in Kilconnell, Co Galway.

I am researching my Kennedys from Dingle in Co Kerry. There maybe a link there. See Dingle parish, on the website.
Best of luck with your research.
