I am trying to find out more about my family before they left Thurles Tipperary.

My G Grandmother Alice (Ally) Ryan was born in Thurles to Patrick Ryan & Catherine Lane who married on 10 October 1835 at the RC parish church, their witnesses were Patrick Ryan & Bridget Renehan.

Alice was baptised on the 28 December 1838, her sponsors were Stephen Spotwood and Mary Butler.

Alice (Ally) married a Patrick Finn in Thurles RC Parish Church on 20 September 1857 witnesses James Maher & Kate Tully. Ally & Patrick had 9 children that I know of, they lived in Pike Street, Thurles, Tipperary.

I cannot find any record of them coming to England but it must have been later than 1875 as that is the last date I have of a birth, and prior to April 1881 as I have them on a census in Preston Lancashire England then. Can anyone help me get more information on the family or indeed any relations still in Thurles. 

Patrick Finn my G Grandfather was also born I believe in Thurles to a John Finn and Eliza Shaughnessy,

He was baptised on the 11 June 1835 in the RC church, Thurles his sponsors were Thomas Brown & Hanora Ryan. I don't have a record of his parents John Finn & Eliza Shaughnessy's marraige or where they got married. Any help or direction please.

Ryan of Corbally  died 6 Aug 1895 aged 63.
