My ancestors, Matthew Kennedy & Bridget Gleeson came to Australia from Toomevara in 1855 on 2 different boats. They married soon afterwards and procceded to have 17 children.
Matthews parents were Thomas Kennedy and Margaret (or Peggy) Regan (or Reagan). Matthew was born about 1826 - 1830. I found Baptismal records for his brothers and sisters but not for him
Bridget's parents were Patrick Gleeson and Johanna (or Judy) Dwyer, Bridget was born between about 1833 to 1840. I also found baptism records for some of her brothers and sisters, but not for her.
I would be grateful for a link to anyone connected with either Matthew or Bridget

Hi, Does anyone know of Catherine Winifred Kennedy who married John Devere Hunt. They lived at "Hunts Grove" Toomevara. They emigrated to Australia c1852 Catherine returned to Ire. After Johns death.
