Martin Quigley and Margaret Woods had a daughter Margaret (b. 1863) who later emigrated to Chicago in the 1870/80s. I would be interested in find other people connected to this famly.
Martin's father was Jeremiah (or "Darby").

Hi
I have just seen your post on the Quigley family from Youghalarra Parish. I have been searching for my 2nd and 3 gg parents families for a while now.
The family I am trying to trace is the Patrick McGrath and Mary Freeze family. I have been searching the parish registers and found several siblings of my Catherine McGrath born abt 1834. Unfortunately I cannot find anything on Catherines birth but I did find her siblings. For several of these siblings they have had sponsors by then name Quigley which maybe you may know or be able to give me some information on. I do have my Catherines' 2 x marriage certs and death cert that named Patrick and Mary so am sure she is a member of this family.
The following is what I have found so far
Matthew 23/12/1832 sponsors Patrick McGrath and Judith Quigley
John 24/9/1836 sponsors Matthew McGrath and Margaret Quigley
Margaret 18/10/1838 sponsors Tim Quinona and Judith Coms
Denis 26/4/1841 sponsors James Quigley and Catherine Freeze
and Patrick12/9/1843 sponsors Malachy Quigley and Anne Divgor - all in Youghalarra Parishmy home email address is kerryn2012@hotmail.com
