Hello from Australia,

 

I am seeking any formation on my GG Grandfather John Collins and his wife Mary Jane Crane(Irish orphan).I would love to find any information or current family members.I have another two generations of family to post and more information and pictures as well.

 

Here is the first  generation of John & Mary Jane Collins family Descendants of John Collins & Mary Jane Crane "aka Armstrong"

 

 Generation One

 

 1. John COLLINS, b. 13 Aug 1828 in Arboe, Tyrone, Ireland (son of Thomas COLLINS [1800 - ] and Jane KEARNS [1805 - ]), d. 12 July 1889 in Little Bills, near Bendoc, Victoria, Australia.

 

 He married Mary Jane CRANE "Married under Armstrong", 15 Sep 1852 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, b. 1834 in County Fermanagh, Ireland (daughter of William CRANE "Possible Father" [ - 1847] and Mary Jane JOHNSON [ - 1847]), d. 9 Jan 1883 in Bombala, New South Wales, Australia.

 

NOTE - Crane Mary 16 Enniskillen, Fermanagh NA CofE PRONI BG/14/G/4 (71) 13 year old, orphan, entered 4 July 1847, left workhouse 2 Oct 1849. Empl. William Armstrong, Melbourne, £6, 12 mths. apprentice.
