Records from the Derg, COI church in Castlederg listed M. Kee. My ggrandparents are burried there also. John or James Kee, Elizabeth Kee and a son George Kee. My grandmother, Rebecca had the gravestone put there in 1887. Her mother died in 1882 and father in 1886 I did not know about M. Kee, b 1777-14 Sept 1841 when I was there in 2004. Rebecca left for the US in 1887 and I believe left no relatives.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am just getting back to this board and have removed the name "Kee" off the Betty as have changed email also. I really have not made a lot of progress, but did find at Proni the exact birth location of my grandmmother, Rebecca 1852(Ballyenman-Mercer) sister's that I knew of from church records: Matty Ann 1840 and Mary Jane 1842 were b. in Castlegore, William John 1832 and George 1846 b in Castlederg. Not sure if the M. Kee buried at the COI is for McKee or for her first name. Have not been able to find James Kee's siblings for sure. Have found a couple possibilities of a marriage for James, but they have to be second marriage, which is a possibility as William John is so much older. Elizabeth (Betty) is listed as mother for the 1840 birth and on. Also to add mystery, Rebecca married a John Patrick Elliott in the US in 1893 whose mother was Mary Ann Kee from the Raphoe diocese in Donegal. My mother did not know if related or not.
Thanks for getting back to me.
Betty
