I'm interested in any relations/information about my Great Great Grandfather James Houston and his Irish family. He was born about 1812 in Feenan Townland near Fintona in the Parish of Donacavey. He emmigrated to Australia about 1837 ?. His father as taken from his headstone was a John Houston born about 1780 possibly in Ireland, had a farm in Feenan, his mother was Rebecca King and he had an elder brother also William baptised on the 20 Nov 1809 how also may have emmigrated to Australia (I haven't found him yet) and brothers John baptised 12 May 1815, Christopher baptised 5 July 1817, sister Mary Ann baptised 21 Oct 1819 and brother Isaac baptised on 23 Dec 1821. All were baptised in the Donacavey Church of Ireland Parish. His grandfather may have been a William Houston born 1736 Newtonstewart, Co Tyrone who was married to a Jeffery and moved to Feenan in 1757 with his brother John 1730-1814.
I'm also interested in the King family in Fintona but haven't found any record of Rachel King b about 1780, James's mother.

The 1859 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Donacavey parish shows a James, Christopher and John Houston in Feenan townland. Possibly the Christopher was the brother to your James. It is also possible that the John was the father. I looked at the 1901 and 1911 censuses for Feenan and found a Richard Houston and his family. His second son was named Christopher. (see below for records)
Christopher may have died in 1875 based on this probate index record that I found at www.familysearch.org Also found a marriage index record for 1848 for a Christopher Houston and a Margaret Lendrum. The record justs indicates Ireland.
