Seven Golly brrothers came over to the United States in the early 1800's. Are there any relatives still in Ireland? I'm looking for geneological history or anything I can find out.

Very little information available online. Roots Ireland www.rootsireland.ie does not have any Golly/Goley baptisms or marriages. The 1859 Griffiths Valuation for Co. Tyrone shows one record which is below. You may want to look at this site to see if any Golly information is available.

Hi John,
I can't say that I have ever heard of the name before, but I went to www.irishgenealogy.ie and searched and found 5 records containing the name. All are in Dublin. No records for golly in any of the census either.
