Hi folks,
Trying to find birth and death cert for both. Patrick born 1875 Sion Mills, Tyrone. Sarah 1879 not sure. I believe father's names are Thomas and William.
Thanks,

Poppy,
Family in 1901:

This may be Sarah Ann’s birth in Bridge End, Strabane on 22.5.1877.
Possible birth for Thomas 10th Sept 1872 at Irish St, Strabane.
I would be inclined to contact St Mary’s Newtownstewart (where they married in 1900) and ask them if their records show the couples mothers names, as that would clinch it. (The civil record only shows the fathers names but by 1900, the RC parish records usually contained more information, including the mothers names).
This looks to be some of the couples children in the 1911 census with Patrick's father: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Tyrone/Strabane_South_…
Patrick & Sarah Mullen are fairly common names. Without some idea of where and when they died it’ll be hard to trace them. If they died around Sion Mills, then you could go through the records on the GRONI site, to see if you can spot any likely entries. They are on-line up to 1970. You can view the original certificates on-line on the GRONI website, using the “search registrations” option:
You will need to open an account and buy some credits. It costs £2.50 (sterling) to a view a certificate. Search under Strabane registration area. If there are still too many, you could narrow it to Newtownstewart sub district.

Thank you,
I just found Sarah's birth cert myself. I have managed to find 12 children. Two still to find ;) I believe 7 lived and 7 died. Patrick is illusive. That's what I get for having common ancesters.

Poppy,
I can only see 12 children as well. However birth records for within the past 100 years are not on-line. So if they had any born after January 1920 you won’t be able to find them that way. You either need to go into GRONI or PRONI in Belfast and look them up or if you can’t do that contact GRONI and get them to do it for you. Contact details for ringing or e-mailing GRONI:
