Hello, I'm looking for information on Michael Reardon who emmigrated to Newfoundland in the 1790s, between 1792 and 1794. He was born in Ireland in the year 1775 and his family was from Clashmore, near the Blackwater River in County Waterford. In Newfoundland, he married Grace Saunders (from Greenspond Newfoundland) in 1797 or 1798 and settled in Sandy Cove (near Tilting harbour) on Fogo Island, Newfoundland. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I know this post is quite a few years old but I've just discovered that I, too, am descended from Michael Reardon (or O'Riordan) and Grace Saunders, through their son Patrick. If anyone has any information about this family, I would really appreciate hearing from you!

Don't know the Reardons. Sorry. Have Elizabeth Morrissey of Clashmore as g-g-g grandmother from first half of 19th century. She married a Fitzgerald from Dungarvon.
