My great aunt married Patrick John Lynch in New Zealand in January 1914 And went to Ireland with him to take care of his family farm in Inchindrisla, Parish of Kilgobnet, County Waterford.
They had one son., Edmund Patrick Lynch, who eventually emigrated to NZ after his parents' death.
i am trying to trace Patrick John Lynch' s grave, his parents' names and details as well as Edmund's records. I would also like to know about my great aunt's death records. She was Frances Amelia McEntyre and died on 10 May 1946 in Inchindrisla, Dungarvan. We think her grave is at the Catholic Church in Kilgobnet.
Patrick died in 1951 in Inchindrisla. He may well be buried with her. We are unsure but wonder if Patrick's parents are John J Lynch and Mary Power. We think he had 9 siblings as follows:
James J Lynch
Lawerence J Lynch
John Lynch
William James Lynch
Anna Lynch
Michael J Lynch
Thomas Lynch
Edmond J Lynch
Mary Anne Lynch
Walter Lynch
We have no records of them and would like to get as much as possible via the Parish. There may be Lynches in the parish to this days.
thank you for your assistance. Have a happy Christmas with family and friends
kind regards from Downunder in NZ

Maria:
I believe this is the 1901 census record for the Lynch family. The father must have died between 1901 and 1911. Patrick was still in Ireland. Hopefully, someone local will respond to your other questions.

Hello there from Abbeyside, Dungarvan. I have posted all grave markers at Kilgobinet to www.historicgraves.ie.
I have not transcribed them as of yet, but you can go through the stones. As far as iI know the Lynch's are still living in the same townland, but I will need to check that out.
In the meantime contact me at eddie.cantwell@gmail.com
