Would like help with finding more information, Catholic records, church location etc. for Mary McDonnell born about 1829 in Castlelyons, Co Cork, Ireland. Also like to know more about her parents: John McDonnell and Ellen Barry---seems to be numerous Barry's in that area and south of Castlelyons!
Mary McDonnell left Ireland, married Dennis O'Sullivan (Kilgobnet, Co Waterford) in New York, USA about 1844---later moved and died in 1901, Richmond, Massachusetts USA.

This may be related to my Lyons family. I have a Norah McDonnell, married to Patrick Lyons. Norah was born about 1815 in Cork. I believe, from Irish naming patterns that her parents were John and Ellen. Norah probably died in Cork about 1870.
