I'm looking for John M. Butler. He was born in County Waterford in Mar 1844; his parents were Michael and Ellen. He emigrated to New York City in Aug 1861. He married Sarah Morris on 3 Mar 1867 in Boston.
No, I do not know the parish. The only info I have is from his naturalization papers which states "County Waterford." I searched Griffiths Valuation and found about a dozen Michael Butlers. My next choice may be looking thru reams of microfilm.
