Searching for any help in finding a marriage for these two.
Only thing known is that Robert RITCHIE was born in Mullingar 1803....still looking for birth register.....He came to NZ as a Fencible soldier 1849.
Married to Eliza McCRACKEN 1833.....nothing known of her birth or age...

Hi there,
There are Roman Catholic church records available for Mullingar for that period. You can access these through the National Library of Ireland, Pos. 4161, 4162, and 4163. If you have any difficulties, you could also try writing to the parish priest for that area. He might be able to check for Eliza's details for you.

My husband's 2 x gt grandparents - John Begley and Mary Donohoe were married in Mullingar on 11 November 1861. I got the information from the Irish Family History Foundation but sadly not anything further.
