Do you have the approximate year of birth for Michael Corrigan and Elizabeth Scally? Do you have their parents names? Images of civil birth records are available up to 1915 on www.irshgenealogy.ie so we should be able 

I checked further and found the November 2o, 1935 civil marriage record which is below. They were married in the Cathedral in Mullingar. The father's were borth named Thomas. You have to sign-in to see the record.

micheal corrigan was born 11th dec 1912 in mullingar, his father is thomas corrigan aged 42 whom i can find on the 1911 census living in springfield cottages along with his wife norah / honora berne / byrne aged 39 married 21 years and children John Corrigan19 Thomas Corrigan14 Anne Corrigan11 Sarah Corrigan8 Nicholas Corrigan6 George Corrigan4 Francis Corrigan2,

i can find them on the 1901 census living in   Residents of a house 62 in Moor Street (Rathdowney, Queen's Co.) with sarah  carty believed to be his mother, Sarah Carty70 Thomas Corrigan33 Norah Corrigan31 John Corrigan9 Mary Corrigan8 Thomas Corrigan3 Anne Corrigan,

i think thomas was born 7th dec 1868  married norah in roscrea 14th november 1891

i believe thomas mother sarah carty was sarah whelan who married thomas corrigan 27th feb 1865 in rathdowney they had john corrigan born 12th may 1866 then mary corrigan 7th sept 1867 and then thomas born dec 1868,all born rathdowney, i can find that sarah whelan then married john carty 25th july 1870 and had 4 more children, sarah 21st may 1871, kate 1st sep 1872  mary 1873 nano9th august 1874 all born rathdowney, i dont no what happened to thomas father thomas i can not find no more records for him.

elizabeth scally was born 23rd feb 1912 mullingar, i can find them on the 1911 census showing her father Thomas Scally45 mother Mary Scally36 married twenty years  sister Bridget Scally15 brother Thomas Scally13 brother John Scally7 brother Lawrence Scally3 Townland/Street:Harbour Street 2 District:Mullingar North Urban County:Westmeath children born 6 and i cant make out how many still living maybe 5

i can find them on the 1901 census Residents of a house 12 in Harbour Street (Mullingar North Urban, Westmeath)Thomas Scally 29Mary Scally 24Patrick Scally 9Bridget Scally 6Thomas Scally 3John Mc Gloughlin 70Jane McGloughlin 60John McGloughlin 30Lizzie McGloughlin 24​ , john and jane mcgloughlin/ mcloughlin are mary scally parents making john aged 30 and lizzie marys brother and sister, i can not find any information on thomas scally elizabeth corrigan nee scally father.
