High there. Can you help me…?

Usually when you get married…you go to the girl’s place!

If we can’t find Thomas (10 May 1816 Thomas McGee son of John and Mary Kelly, sponsors Thomas and Mary Ryan) don’t know if this is he or the not in Killegney!

So I have Catherine Doyle daughter (Catherine Doyle was the daughter of Mrs. Nancy Whelan…according to my uncle Fred’s Magee notes!)

Live in New Brunswick Canada…family arriving in St. John NB in 1847 and when to Fredericton NB.

Thomas McGee/Magee and Catherine Doyle married in Adamstown the 23rd of October 1841 witnessed by… William Keating & Martin Dalton. Scullaboge.

These two came over with them in 1847 with…

18 July 1842. John (1842) of Thomas Magee & Kitty Doyle, Scullabogue. Philip Doyle & Nancy Cogley.

6 Jan 1844. JAMES (6 Jan 1844-April 23, 1933) of Thomas Magee & Cathe Doyle, Scullabogue. Laurence & Kitty Magrath. Mine

This is what it says at the church in Adamstown 1841. Are there pictures of this church…not the new one!

Can anybody help me…Robert (born in 1949)?

?

PS…Michael and I visited in May 2008! Nancy McGee and Shamus Bradley who we met while in Ireland with Father Robert Nolan!

James Magee (Marie Landry) daughter Regina who became Sister Marie Stella said were living in Enniscorthy Co. Wexford.

    Hello Robert,

You could try contacting the present day church in Adamstown to see if they have any images of the older church

    http://www.saintabbans.com/

Or maybe the local Wexford Historical Society could be of assistance

    Best regards Michael.
