If you send an email to kilmallockchurch@eircom.net with details as above they should be able to pull a baptism record for the name above from 1926, that shouldn't be too difficult!
You might also be interested in the reprint of the Story of Kilmallock by Kilmallock Historical Society, you can save as a PDF to your computer- happy reading!
