Searching for information on Anthony Perry, Born about 1670, who was a Welsh solder for William III when he took control of Ireland in 1691. Anthony was believed to have been given land for his military service. A 1798 will was reported of an Anthony Perry who referred to his father Anthony which is believed to my ancestor. Anthony Jr was located in PerryMount (GPS 52.735798, -6.240990499) near the town of Gorey in County Wexford Ireland. Seeking a copy of that Will and history of Perrymount to verify the relationship.
1/1/2020 Still searching for my Anthony Perry ancestor that was a soldier for William III of Orange in the 1693 British invasion. He was reported to have been given land because of his service but gathering and confirming the details now has been difficult. In the late 1950's a distant relative hired an Irish researcher Rudge Mulcahy Cass?? The Irish D??? Research Institute. (Handwriting and copy quality are very poor) to find facts and the following are excerpts from that hand written letter:
"…. It has been established that the Wexford family of Perry was settled at Perry Mounth near the town of Gorey in Co. Wexford. Their presence has been proved until at least 1798 when a will made by Anthony Perry of Perry Mount, Co. Wexford referred to the following relatives;
Late Father Anthony Perry
Late Uncle Francis Perry
Sons – Andrew, Francis & Anthony-Eldest son George – Wexford.
Daughter – Elizabeth, wife of Andrew Forde of Ballyford Co.
No later reference to this family has so far been traced in a list of Landowners made in 1876. The family is no longer noted as holding land in Wexford. Even in a list of property owners of 1814, the only George Perrys are on in Co. Clare and one in Co Tyronne. ……….
Your Sincerely,
Rudge Mulcahy Cass??

I have not found anything on line or via IrelandXO posting thus far to confirm the facts in the above research letter. Any suggestions where I might find those facts. The primary goal is to find Anthony Perry's ancestors who were reported by my family lore to be from Wales. The searching British archives for the military records was unsuccessful since few records were cataloged.
The family moved to County Galway and immigrated to Canada in 1844 about which I have found confirming records.
A visit to Ireland around 2007 was a highlight and I would like to find more reasons to visit again.

Home of Edward Fitzgerald, Colonel-General in the United Irish Rebellion of 1798.
His standing amongst the insurgents was possibly revealed by Anthony Perry under torture, and he was subsequently exiled from both Ireland & England after the rising, and went to Germany.
