Looking for any information regarding Daniel Beatty born about 1778 and married Jane Smith in Arklow, Church of Ireland about 1800 - 1805. They had 5 children Alexander (1807), John, Michael, Thomas & Helen (Ellen). Lived in Kilcarra and owned land there, came to Canada 1818.
Daniel had 1 brother John (1770) that we know of, was in the Wicklow militia. Married to Eleanor ? and they had 6 children, 3 boys and 3 girls - Alexander, John, Michael, Margaret and the others unknown. John, Eleanor, Michael and a grandson Thomas are buried in Old Kilbride and maybe more.

Thank you for your post to the Ireland Reaching Out message board and welcome to the site.
Unfortunately, the Church of Ireland Baptism registers for Arklow only begin in 1871 and therefore, you will not find any reference to the Beatty family before then. The marriage registers begin in 1845, and there may be refernces to the remaining family members there. The registers are available online through the Roots Ireland database (fee paying).
